Coating Method

As it doesn't drip easily, it is best to apply 2 to 3 coats of semi-wet ~ (set) ~ wet layers. (Setting time should be about 5 minutes for a small surface area and 0~3 minutes for a large surface area) For gradation, there are 2 stages of gradation with the use of a thinner (the 1st stage is 30% and the 2nd stage is 50%). Furthermore, you can also use gradation leveling agents and other companies' gradation agents (If you are using other companies' gradation agents, please test before applying to the vehicle). Please apply paint quickly after mixing the hardener (the glossy finish will appear neater). We recommend using any of the various thinners indicated by the S.Coat No. 2000 (other companies' thinners may also be used).

Standard Conditions for the Spray Gun

Please use an S.Coat No. 2012 Spray Gun.
Discharge rate (starting speed) is 2 to 3 times, discharge pressure (MPa) 0.15 ~ 0.25 (rotations), spray gun range is 10 ~ 25cm, with the nozzle fully open.
